Delivery

Delivery of goods will be to England, Wales & part of Scotland, excluding the Highlands and Islands. Please email us at info@minimarmalade for a quotation for delivery outside of these areas.
We will deliver the goods to the address, which you have given us at the time you make your purchase, within 7-10 days subject to availability*
 
Delivery for orders to UK addresses are charged at :
UK Orders over £75 delivered FREE.Orders over £75 are sent by next day courier service
UK Priority Delivery: £4.95. Priority orders are sent Royal Mail first class recorded.
UK Standard Postage: £2.25. Standard orders are sent Royal Mail second class
There is a small delivery surcharge on some of our heavier items on a second class delivery.

You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
Returns Policy
Should you be dissatisfied with your order, you can return an unused product to us, in its original packaging, within 21 days of the date the order was placed.
 
We would appreciate it if you would let us know the reason for return on a quick email to info@minimarmalade.co.uk quoting the order code.
 
We will then send a replacement or arrange a refund accordingly.
 
We recommend that you use Royal Mail to return your order, and that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office, to insure you against lost post.
