Delivery
Delivery of goods will be to England, Wales and part of Scotland, excluding the Highlands and Islands. Please email us at info@minimarmalade.co.uk to request a delivery quotation for all other destinations.
We will deliver the goods to the address, which you have given us at the time you make your purchase, within 7-10 days subject to availability
Delivery for orders to UK addresses in the above areas are charged at :
First Class Postage: £4.95
Second Class Postage: £2.25
Orders over £75 delivered free.
Returns Policy
Should you be dissatisfied with your order, you can return an unused product to us, in its original packaging, within 21 days of the date the order was placed.
We would appreciate it if you would let us know the reason for return on a quick email to info@minimarmalade.co.uk quoting the order code.
We will then send a replacement or arrange a refund accordingly.
We recommend that you use Royal Mail to return your order, and that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office, to insure you against lost post.
